Hi guys,i'm new to hackint0sh,and i'm willing to stay here for a while.
I didn't buy an iphone yet,i'm willing to buy one though,but before i do that,i had a couple of question i wanted to ask you...

1- When is the iPhone 3G 32GB going to be released?

2- Should i just buy iPhone3G 16GB,or wait till the 32GB one's released?If you think i should wait then what are the extra features i'm going to gain if i wait?(else then the extra space ofcourse)

3- I live in Egypt,and i know that an unlock for the iPhone 3G hasn't been released yet,but is there by any chance a way (other than SIM clonning/SuperSIM) that i will be able to use My SIM,or use my iPhone not only as an iTouch,but as an iPhone too?

P.S. Whatever your answers are,keep in mind that i am IMPORTING it from America.

1. It was said to be released on the 16th of SEPT.

2. You just need to see if you are going to need that sort of space or not.

3. I would recommend Rebelsim for this. I ordered it after I tried x-sim, and I gotta tell you, it works like a charm : full 3G data support and without signall loss.

The new iPhone 32GB is more a rumour, so there is nothing really concrete.

I have one and I had no issues. I also bought their programmer, so I could flash the thing, and I already did. Worked like a charm. If you don`t want it to get stuck,just put some tape, and you`ll have no problems.

- I got it from the USA too. I`m from Romania, bought it from eBay.

I would suggest getting it from eBay directly. Find a decent supplier, and you should have no problems. Most iPhones ( like mine ) come sealed.
You can`t really get from AT&T or any other supplier as most need you to signup for a contract.

What is that programmer good for anyway ?

What do you mean by tape?

I'm thinkin of getting it for free anyway...

It' really up to you. Just read & search and make up your mind. Regarding to your last questions, I have no idea, I don't like the *SIM solutions

just wait a while .. it should be sold by vodafone egypt sometime this year
