iOS 5 only has a beta tethered jailbreak at present. You can find it here: Dev-Team Blog - redsn0w iOS5beta

But WARNING -- IT IS A TETHERED JAILBREAK ONLY. TETHERED ONLY. I cannot stress that enough.

There are 2 ways of activating without the official sim, either hactivate with redsn0w or use SAM from cydia to activate (after jailbreaking with option deactivate selected) .Hope you will be able to do it, if not, if you want can do it online for you, just send me a PM
