3G Unlock. Testing for possibilities. [Nothing yet]

Hello all,

We're a small team working on the iPhone 3G unlock and are making a surprising amount of progress; however do not think we're saying we have one!

We've been working in the dark and we figured it was about time we came out and started talking as we're moving forward at a much faster pace than we imagined so we opened a blog: www.freemy3g.com

We also wanted to seek any help we could get; we understand many of you are in countries where the law dictates that Apple must unlock iPhone's sold there so we are soliciting your help! Anyone who is about to unlock their iPhone officially, please email us first. We've designed some software we'd like you to run to find out exactly what's going on during the unlock.

I commend you on your efforts to finding an unlock for 3G! God knows we are all trying,

We've designed some software we'd like you to run to find out exactly what's going on during the unlock.

Unfortunately, a serial snoop of an iPhone in the process of being officially unlocked is worthless. It uses a simple AT+CLCK command which cannot be used on any other iPhone.

musclenerd will be able to giv u good advice like the above post because they have tried many, many things. they want this unlocked as much as anyone else. so a lot of stuff they would have tried and Freemy3G will be able to benefit from that info.
But still, good work for trying

without people trying then nothing would ever happen.

As they say...Bump up,hope the best of luck for you guys,and the most of helpers too,if any help is needed,i would really appreciate it if you ask me...
throw your rain of question on secretmrx and MuscleNerd,they're good and they will do their best to help you(after all,it's for everyone's benefit ^^)
I'm hoping we'll put an end to this already,and show apple how to mess with us again(guys are there any cameras here or something LOL)
