i get a iphone which was on dial pad but after the restore it with 4.0.1 its give me error 3194 and now its in itunes mode what to do

Come on, you should know this. you've been here for a while now, why not try the search function???

iTunes mode?? You mean recovery mode I guess (connect to iTunes) and not "slide for emergency" (activation) mode. They both look very similar but are quite different.

Error 3194 equals - SHSH not found (either Apple has stopped signing this version - which they have or you have a network problem that is preventing your communication with Apple/Cydia/TinyTSS Server)
