[3G][2.0.1]SMS Problems?

I don't know how to explain this, so I'll do it with a picture.

When I'm in the SMS app itself, this happens:

When I'm not in the SMS app, this happens:

Notice that on both, there's no "Close/Reply" buttons. And I can't recall there being any changes to settings to make it alert while in the SMS app...

Pysl seems to be the problem if any of the apps are it, I think it started doing it after I installed it.. not sure though.

Any other ideas before I go uninstalling stuff?

my dad had the same problem on his phone.... i jailbroke it using pwnage tool ... and the only way i find t solve it was to restore it to an official ipsw.... but i dont know....also happened on my first generation iphone.... but that one was jailbroken with iliberty so idk what went wrong.

just updated to 2.0.2 and re-jailbroke. never tested SMS before jailbeaking though. :x

I just installed Pysl and it did it as well. You can actually touch it to clear it just not reply anymore. Haven't tried uninstalling Pysl but try that first.

It's actually a known issue apparently now that I go to thei website:

http://code.google.com/p/pysl/

- Reply (for unfiltered SMS) unavailable

It doesn't support what I need (call filtering) so I'm just going to uninstall it until they fix that. Will update in a bit to see if it fixes it.

Edit: Uisntalling Pysl fixed it.
