004999010640000 - help
Hi Super brains
i am very very new here guys so go easy on me please.
im also South African, so iphone has only reached our shores recently, well officially.
anyway i have iphone 3g 8gb black, was working fine all along and all of the sudden when charging this morning, after switching off from power. i had no signal, i then noticed that the imei number had changed to 004999010640000.
SP VODACOM SA
ICCID - BLANK
Please peeps any help would be great, i've been trying for hours for a solution, could find nothing.
Almost definitely a hardware problem. This is the default IMEI. I would check the sim card's contacts and even try a different sim card.
