If your wifi is not greyed out yet, you still have time to take care of it. Once it is permanently greyed, you're out of luck. Like )law( said, you can try the dev team swifi fix.

Or you can try bootneuter to have 3.9, fb=on, neuter=off, unlock=off.
After that, you can restore 1.1.4 one more time and unlock it with iLiberty+ or booneuter.
