Could any expert enlighten us about the verbose mode (-v)..
When to use it, and what are the conseqences ?

Kk i just unlocked my iphone and it was 3.9 BL.

If you are using the new version of Ziphone it's very easy..my personal opinion is run jailbreak and activate first.

After that is successful run unlock and verbose mode.

Verbose mode just shows the iphone running the code..

i unlocked my iphone in less than 5 minutes..

hi, thanks for the replies... just some doubt i have, after you restore to 1.1.3 , do u have to do something to the phone, recovery mode?? unplugged?? close itunes ?? can someone post the steps they did, so we have a clearear image...

I had to make sure to use the verbose mode (-v)..without using that mine wasn't working.
after 2'30" I had an activated unlocked phone on TMoblie

Now if I could only browse the entire phone with iphonebrowser, I could put some NES ROMS on here...

yeah i noticed only a few folders are see in iphonebrowser...

anybody knows if after you install SSH through installer if you can login using winscp? is the user and password the same? root / alpine ?

Im still get stuck on the 1.1.3, my phone was brought 1.1.1. Now i updated via itunes so the firm is 1.1.3 base band is 04 03 13, then I activated and jailbroke but everytime i try anySim 1.3 it always quits though I set autolock is never. And another problems is summerboard is not working as well. i could uninstallit cuz "main script fail" or somethin' like that ..... hummm i can i do now.
any ideal????

Restore to 1.1.3 freshly...you will lose everything and use the GUI jailbreak, activate and unlock!

where to download this Ziphone 1.2?

the -v command is key... i wasnt using the -v before and my phone would just get stuck at the apple logo but now everything is working the way its suppose to...however my question is... for 3.9 what unlock does it actually use.. on his blog it's not clear what unlock is used anysim style or ipsf style or some other one... i would like to know that because if it is ipsf style then we need to back up the seczone right after its done... but if it's just regular anysim then...saying that.. i do think its anysim style afterall because after the unlock the signal.app is not there and the signal.plist inst there as well which makes me think it is the anysim style one
