I bought an US iphone in Nov, 23. Iphone came with OTB 1.1.2 and I used http://conceitedsoftware.com/iphone/1.1.2-jailbreak.zip to jailbreak my iphone. That worked fine, but YouTube does not work. Does anybody know if there is any way to solve YouTube problem ?

- IF YouTube won´t work on your iPhone, please do this:

-> on your iPhone go to Installer/Sources, add and go to this link: http://iphone.surrealnetworks.com/repo

then go to Install/Surreal Networks and select "You Tube Fix (3 files)", install it, restart your iPhone and YouTube should be working.

I bought mine on the same day 1.1.2 OTB, i downgraded to 1.1.1. first and everything is fine. http://www.unlockthatiphone.com/index.php these guys have provided a foolproof guide to jailbreak all iPhones including OTB 1.1.2.

Try it, i have seen it work on 2 other 1.1.2 OTB since iv done it.

Thank you very much. I tried 2 methods and both worked:
1) The one described in http://www.ging.co.nz/youtube.php, with same notes: upload the three files, however activation_records does not exist in 1.1.2 (at least in my iphone), then I just created the folder with nothing in there. This worked fine.
2) The suggestion from LukeFX: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=381. This worked also.
