If you can not even ping, there is a problem with your network settings.

a.) check router/AP to allow inter-client communication and also whether the client is registered succesfully
b.) use a simple WEP or even no encryption during the setup and change encryption later to WPA or better WPA2
    c.) check your windows firewall

BTW, services.app from Chris Hofmann is using a different SSH reference and therefore is not working with the BSD subsystem SSH installation (at least it never worked for me because the naming of the service is different and services.app is trying to control a differently named SSH service). Use launchctl to manually start the BSD SSH service, if you are in doubt, but I guess this does not work for you in the actual state of the phone

Thanks todro, you saved my day, didn't believe it but inter-client communication was the right hint, there was really a option on my fitzbox to turn inter client communication off...

    Thanks a lot!!!
