dolphin.... you need to read carefully...

you have an out of the box 1.1.1

firstly you need to get ITunes 7.4.1.2 and firmware 1.0.2 (there are numerous links to it n the forum,use the search)

then
you need to either:

1) Jailbreak 1.1.1 -> Downgrade 1.1.1 to 1.0.2 via the multiple tutotials out there/here, then Unlock via the unlock of your choice for 1.0.2 (i prefer Carlos' - Unlock in 17 Mins using Apptap, PACAY, ibrickr and iUnock-Fast.pxl - i am not going to post the lnk, its right here on the first few pages of the unlock forum - highliy ranked). they can now fix your baseband and vice versa

or

2) Jailbreak and Unlock your OTB 1.1.1 iphone with IPSF v1.6

or

3) Jailbreak and and wait for dev team unlock coming soon


the reason there are so many roads to the same palce is becuase there are so many roads that led people down the various paths of unlocking and some to bricking

i know it will sound harsh, but you should spend some time reading the highest ranked threads and some about unlocking and upgrading, basebands differences etc..
cause no one is really going to sppon feed you all this info, you learn allot by searching - reasearching, reading, and of course trying i t out yourself...

To solve this you had to uninstall drobear. Open iBrick, uninstall, restart, open iBrick again and reinstall dropbear.

Did you uploaded the files, changed to the folder, chmoded the binaries?

i m getting no service on my phone i tried everythin....just i use this method..i never update to 1.1.1 i m still on 1.0.2...wat should i do. plz help i m stuck

Did you run anysim?

Is it possible to run iUnlocker.pxl or iUnlock-Fast instead of Anysim with this method?

If not, does a sim card HAVE to be inserted with anySim or can i run it and put it in later?

Yes, after you downgrade the baseband you can ran wathaever sim unlocker you want even IPSFree.
