Anyway, I call the guy and he is in San Francisco, and telling me he can unlocked iphone with the latest firmware 1.1.1 to full punctional phone.

Did anyone check and actually call the guy? He has his phone number posted and will do the unlocking in front of you while you wait.
I am just trying to know and see why this guy can do it and not anyone in this forum.
The other guy is right from the previous thread... That guy is just smarter than anybody in this forum.
