I tried to update my 1.0.2 firmware to 1.1.1 and this showed up on itunes. I just ignored it and went on with the steps provided here

and after i ran anysim it said it anysim could not unlock this phone please exit anysim and restart your phone.

Someone please help me im out of a phone as of right now

had a similar issue with my phone when I was updating it

did u virginize the phone before attempting the upgrade?
use ibrickr 0.93 to kick the phone into restore mode
afterwards if u had virginized it before all this happened restore the phone to 1.1.1 and jailbreak and so on
if you havent virginized it before the upgrade restore it to 1.0.2 iBrickr will lead you though this process

No i did not virginized the phone



For some reason it says, when i insert the orginal AT&T sim card why is this happening?

restore with the downgrade setup procedure to 1.1.1

u keep pressing both buttons untill black screen appears, then u let go the other button and press only home for 10 sec

after jailbreak and redo 1.1.2

Sounds like a baseband issue.

what exactly would that baseband issue be?
