Alright this guy ZAC says he just received this email from their site...and he posted the following on modmyifone.com...ive requested him to send me the files and he did...

I bought the $25 unlocknewiphone "scam" and to my suprize I just got this email.....

Hello everyone who ordered our product!

I'm here to give you the files you require as well as explain the
backstory of our company:

We are a small team who banded together to help put together a solution to
unlock the new iPhones. We hired a third party programmer who has modified
the AnySIM source to work with the new iPhones.

Our programmer has tested it out and assured us everything is working well
so please report any problems that you have.

I have apparently a .zip file with a hacked version of anysim..... if someone who is knowledgeable can walk me through the process over the phone (I know how to jailbreak etc) maybe I can be the first to try it (I JUST replaced my old refurb iphone with a new 847502 iphone today)

I'd be willing to share the .zip file with the community?

I was invovled in the testing process of this software along with two other testers. We can conclusively say that this software does NOT WORK AND IS A PURE SCAM!

The checksum for this "new" software and the one of the open source anySim that you can download on the Dev Team's Wiki is EXCATLY the same. For those of you who don't know what that means, it simply means this is an excat copy of the free download that the Dev Team has on their Wikipedia page. It's just the old anySim, but these fuckers tried to sell it for 25 bucks.

Bottom line is, THIS IS A SCAM! IT DOES NOT WORK, NOR DOES IT UNLOCK YOUR IPHONE!

Yeah, I must say you are probably right... I'm comparing the 2 files right now and they look exactly the same

lol cmon now frisky, all us doubters are thinking that now, but you dont have to say it out loud to their faces...lol...although, at least those who purchased it had the balls to do so for the community..so kudos to those who ordered, but got scammed...you've got more money and guts to throw around than me =)...hope you get ur 25$ back =)
