Here is the problem ,
No matter what they delivered as work or non working software
. Paypal assume they did deliver but different item from description. And Paypal will "review the case " based on your complaint and take a long time
Buyer can open dispute and then complaint to Paypal, but can take more than 4-6 weeks to receive the money back. But I believe this transaction without any Paypal buyer protection. The chance you will get back your money 50-50
The best to do is complaint to your credit card as soon as possible if you pay through Paypal with credit card balance.
Untill now they still receive the order, its mean Paypal doesn;t do anything untill certain amount complaints . Paypal will freeze their account later . But too late.

I bet it's a guy just like us who's sick of waiting for a the secpack of 1.1.3 that will make a hack possible, and thought, hm, i'll just set everyone up, so I have 2500$ ( since 200 bought it ) and then I'll be able to buy myself a legally unlocked iPhone.. no need for a hack...

No more than few dozens, these idiots sent the same email to everyone and cc to all others so you can see who got it and their email address, I counted no more than 40.

How long before you get info on that refund?

I also tested the anySIM4.6 in my phone and it didn't work it's pure scam, it throws the same error than the anySIM1.2, that it couldn't unlock your phone
