    Default Virgin 1.0.2 update 1.1.1 using AT&T -- Now want to unlock

    Could someone comfirm about this question?

    I have virgin 1.0.2 and update to 1.1.1 (i'm using AT&T).
    Now I want to unlock the phone.
    Can I just follow the procedure 1.1.1 to unlock the phone using iNdependence?

    I could not wait for the answer, so I take a risk to unlock.

    Result: Phone has been unlocked successfully.

    Note:
    Original firmware: 1.0.2
    Current firmware: 1.1.1
    Network: AT&T
    Never unlocked before
