Hi guys, I have OTB 1.1.3 restored to 1.1.4 and iPlus -u

I was considering my options and wanted to know if I should upgrade my BL to 4.6 from 3.9FB.

I don't mind losing the Locate me feature. I never use it in UK.

Whats the best way of going about the above process using iLiberty+ in simple speak?

Unless you need to return it to Apple there is no advantage to upgrading the bootloader.

If you did decide to though you would lose your unlock and have to unlock it again and go back to the 1.1.2 baseband which doesn't work with locate me.

iLiberty+ can do both.

Just download the 3.9FB to 46 upgrade package and make sure jailbreak is ticked and that package is selected - NOTHING ELSE! and it will put your phone back to 4.6 and re-lock it.

Then if you want to unlock on 4.6 just click on jailbreak and unlock but DO NOT click on downgrade bootloader and then let it do its thing.

Alternatively if there is no rush I would wait for Pwned as it seems to have an even easier application for flashing your bootloader.
