Hey Folks,

yesterday I connected my new iPhone to my Mac, then the message for a new upate was shown and me dumbass downloaded it.

There was no hack doing-thing before or after. When I connect the iPhone there is "activate your iphone"-screen. I can not see any "restore"-button to get the 1.02-firmware. Is there any way to get back to 1.02, hack my phone then and use it for calls? I mean there was NO hack before so it might be possible.

AFAIK Although you *can* downgrade to 1.0.2 and use it as an iPod and browser (over wifi) you won't be able to make calls using non-AT&T SIMs UNLESS you use the IPhoneSIMFree unlocker after downgrading. The free unlocker doesn't yet unlock the firmware supplied with 1.1.1 (which remains even after downgrading the OS from 1.1.1 to 1.0.2)

not even ipsf works after downgrade noone has access to a file needed for unlocking ipsf are currently working on it

so as mickangel said, currently its not possible to get a fully working iphone once you upgraded to 1.1.1. even though I didnt do anything illegal yet?

So if i get a brand new iPhone with 1.11 FW it is not possible to downgrade and unlock to make calls?
