Updating to 1.1.2 and jailbreaking without unlocking?

(I have a week 41 phone with 1.1.1 fw and old bootloader)

Hey all, so my situation is a strange one. I want to activate with itunes through att (thank you work for paying) and upgrade to 1.1.2 without unlocking but I do want to jailbreak.

Is there anyway I can go through with that without doing the entire 1.1.2 jailbreak and unlock? If so, how would I go about doing it?

If you follow the normal process, it will activate and unlock .. If your company is paying why worry ?

Then iTunes will see you are not on the latest level and you can install 1.12 or not ..

right but i want to activate with att upgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbreak. will it work in that order?
