Updated 1.1.2 OTB to 1.1.3 via iTunes, and can't go back!
I had a software unlocked 1.1.2 OTB. I decided to updated via iTunes to 1.1.3. It updated the firmware too, lost signal. But for some reason or other, the phone went to "slide for emergency". As we all know, the *#307 from the past doesn't work with the new boot loader.
I tried restoring in iTunes by downgrading to 1.1.1, but I get a unkown error (1). It won't let me downgrade.
I was trying to simulate a 1.1.3 OTB, as I read many people here successfully unlucked theirs. So I don't know what I am doing wrong?
TIA

SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH... READ READ READ READ! thats my advice!
No you can't upgrade via itunes and expect it to work without proper activating... their isn't a true jailbreak yet!... and if you'd read any of the downgrading guides you'd know that you have to put the iphone in DFU mode (hold down power & home button for approx 30 secs)...
