    Default Update itunes 7.4.3.1 with unlocked 1.1.1

    I have an unlocked 1.1.1 and have been syncing to itunes 7.4.3.1 since it was unlocked.
    My question is can I update to the latest version of itunes without breaking my unlocked 1.1.1.
    I eventually intend to upgrade to 1.1.3 when it appears the upgrade is more stable.
    So far I am very pleased with my iphone.
    Any help would be most welcomed.
