I just came across the link below which claims the unlocked iPhones in france on Orange will cost a fraction of cost as compared to UK.

So thats £536 for us Brits if we go over there and i buy an unlocked one... (not confirmed as orange are being confusing)

I'm not sure if i should wait for a unlock for normal iphone but i don't know when it will be ready..

EDIT: Well we'll find out tomorrow or whenever the French release date is.....

well i have checked 2 - 3 different sources and each one is filtering different information. I guess another 24 hours - maybe less and we will know for sure.

i'm french, and i just come back frow an Orange store : it costs 699€ without any plan, it was confirmed by iphon.fr, then french iphone community. we are lucky, guys, don't cry ^^ !
