I got a replacement iPhone from Apple.
The phone was kinda activated (no please connect to iTunes to activate the phone)

The version is 1.1.1
So I unlocked the phone without any problems but now when I connect the iPhone to the computer I get
"Please download iTunes 7.5 to activate the phone...."
I'm using iTunes 7.3.2

Please help me out

iTunes 7.3.2 doesn't support firmware 1.1.1. Just upgrade and you will be all set.

I'm still getting the "Welcome to your new iPhone...." activation screen.
The phone is unlocked installer is working T-Mobile is A-OK, but it will not sync with any computer....

When I got the new phone from apple it was already open and I didn't have any activation crack/steps on it.

I had the same problem, and still no solution. I do not want to re do everything and risk bricking the phone. So i wait to see if somebody can help.................!!
