Hi all,
i unlocked my iPhone 1.02 with anySim 1.02 and all went well.
In Settings -> General -> About -> i have the same IMEI number as the IMEI in the back of my iPhone.
I have a little question, can i revirginize it ? And then update to 1.1.1 and unlock with anySim 1.1.1 ?

it only bricks after updating to 1.1.1

I am on the same boat.

I guess we still need to make it virgin as the anybody else but can skip the part about bbupdating (since we have the correct IMEI).

I was on the same boat as you guys.

I just did the exact procedure in the guide and now I'm at 1.1.1 unlocked.

used this guide here http://www.hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12142 using win xp and boot camp on my mac. Worked flawlessly! Was a bit timid, but everything worked out pretty good. The server is gonna be down after the weekend so pick up steam if your gonna do it this way or you just wanna join the 1.1.1 pandemonium like I did!

If you have an unlocked iPhone and showing the right IMEI or not, you still need to go through the virginization steps before you upgrade to 1.1.1.

I just completed the upgrade of my 4 iPhone 1.0.2 (unlocked using Unlock) and that were showing the right IMEI, and all completed with success. I had few hickups on the first one but i managed to recover an dcomplete.
