It looks like the previous owner downgraded to from 1.1.2 to 1.0.2 trying to unlock the phone... I have the feeling that if he/she sold it after doing it, it is probably bricked...
Check the IMEI and also Bootloader version (search on this forum on how to SSH).
If you want to report back you'll probably get some help.

Thanks for reply. I'm not able to see what you want. All the time is comming the yellow triangle. I'm trying to install 1.1.1 or 1.0.2 or 1.1.2 but impossible. Im trying to start with AppTappInstaller too but impossible. Really I do not know what to do. How I can reset ? Thanks for the help

you can restore to 1.1.1 then install the installer via jailbreaking the method of emergincy calling the *307# number then go to http://jailbreakme.com install the virginizer application this will change the baseband of the iphone then u can restore to a previous version or unlock via anysim and ur done!!
Unlocked iphone 1.0.2

Restore to 1.1.1, jailbreak using the *#307# (NOT *307# <- Incorrect) and Jailbreakme.com method. Install BSDSubsystem, OpenSSH and MobileTerminal VT100. Upload bbupdater to /bin/. Use TermVT100 on your phone, type in "/bin/bbupdater -v" without quotes and press return/enter.
If you have a 4.6 bootloader, do nothing more and wait for an unlock or get a turbo sim. If you have a lower version of bootloader, congrats to you. you can then add i.unlock.no to the installer sources list and install the virginizer.
After virginizing, restore the phone to 1.1.1 and do the jailbreak again.
Install Tweak 1.1.1/OKtoprep. Add repo.frenchiphone.com to the installer source list and install anysim 1.2.1u. Run anysim. Upgrade to 1.1.2 and then jailbreak (search the forum).

Easiest way to check is to check the back -
Serial number will be XXX45XXXXXX, where the 4th and 5th digits are the week number. Generally 45 and higher = no unlocking but:
a) I've heard of week 45 phones with old bootloader.
b) I've heard of week 42 phones with NEW bootloader.
Mileage may very. I hate to say it though, but it sounds like you bought an OTB 1.1.2 phone that was downgraded to hide it's status.
If that's the case, leave negative feedback at the very, very least.
