    Default unlock v1.1.2

    hi everyone..this is my first post here.
    i just bought a brand new iphone from dallas and brought it to india to use on the local networks here but the problem is that i cant seem to get it unlocked over here. is there any problem with my phone > my version is 1.1.2. is there "any" way to unlock an out of the box version 1.1.2 iphone yet? if not ..any expectations ? and where can i look? or should i pack up and send back the phone? please help me out guys
