i think all 1.02 iphones need to be revirgined...

Be carefull..., 1.02 phones that was unlocked with anySIM 1.1 don't need re-virgin.
Any 1.02 phones that were unlocked using other methods need to be re-virgin ONLY IF you want to go to 1.1.1
In short, if you did not use anySIM 1.1, you baseband is not clean and needs to be re-virgin IF you want to update/upgrade

i do want to go to 1.1.1 but i heard ipsf users dont need to revirgin and i dont know if my unlock is the ipsf or the iUnlocker.

sorry I cannot help you there if you don't know how it was unlocked. IPSF - I don't know anything about that product (no sacarsm, honestly I don't)

actually if you used ipsf you are probably fukced... there is no way to "repair" what ipsf has done to your baseband...

i did the 20 min unlock first. and then i tried to install ipsf, it checked the unlock status, and said that the phone is already unlock so i dont think it install again with ipsf because its only took like a min or two.
