I can bet with you 99%, if you buy from a seller brand new, opened to unlock ONLY (not used).. it will NOT be IPSF.

is there any way i can know for sure how it was unlock? my main worry is when i come to upgrade and unlock fw 1.1.1 .. becouse i read here and there that i shouldnt try unlocking 1.1.1 if my iphone was unlocked with this or that method.

To Find out if it was IPSF or a free one, search the forum to find out how to SSH into the iPhone and then type the following:

    AT+XSIMSTATE=1

If you get the following result: +XLOCK: "PN, 5,0" Then it is the IPSF unlock

If you get +XLOCK: "PN, 4,0" then it is a free one which is not advised to update with.
