    Default Unlock Counter? AnySim/iUnlock

I have a question. I originally unlocked my iPhone with iUnlock, then I upgraded to 1.1.1 like a fool, now with the Baseband fix, I had to unlock again with AnySim, because of foolishness again, I had to do this process twice. So from my tally I have unlocked 3 times. Does this go towards my 5 unlock number that I believe I have?

Or does the iUnlock/Anysim work in a different way. Basically, I am worried that if things keep going like they are going, I will have to unlock to updade to 1.1.1, then 1.1.2, 1.1.3, etc. and I will run out and have a permanently locked phone.

By that time someone will figure out how to reset the counter.

I don't know what the magic number is, and I don't know if your counter goes up only on a failed unlock or on all unlock attempts. But I would stay at your happy 1.0.2 unlocked state until the dev team's solution (and nck counter fix) comes out.

Trust me -- I spent hours and hours trying to upgrade and then tweaking my upgrade to add YouTube and an extra SIM and I can't say that the new features are making me feel like my time was well spent. You don't need to have 1.1.1-envy.

Default Anybody know for sure about the total unlock #?

Yeah, I have learned my lesson, I was one of the first to unlock, even though I live in the US and use ATT anyway. I was just messing around. Now maybe I am done on the firmware upgrades for a while until maybe January, I figure once most of Europe comes on board, that will equal double the number of hackers working on this thing and getting a more solid non ibricking process.
