Yes my speed issue was fixed by restoring. I just re-ran through all the steps.
When you run anysim though, you will get an error. Just ignore it and move on with the steps.
It works great!!!!
Also, international keyboards are awesome!

I used HTML Beauty as the text editor. I think the speed problem was caused by using Notepad in windows, which probably messed up the plist files. HTML Beauty worked great!!!!!

Try a restart of the phone
I tried this, but it didn't help.
Then I tried to uninstall Trip1PogoStick (don't remember the name of this app), because the problem was about the springboard (I think), and after that my iPhone have frozen at the apple logo at the boot up. What should I do? (My computer, which is a win xp can't recognize the iPhone at this moment either)
Would really appreciate an answer.
Thanks in advance

DFU mode restore
connect iphone to your pc
open itunes
hold power and home button till the screen turs off..
let go of the power button but keep the home button pressed.
in appox 10 s you will hear the device connected-disconnected sound from xp
let go of the home button.
in a couple of sec itunes will recognize your phone and request you to restore

Thanks for answering
I came into DFU mode, but iTunes says (this is translated):
"Not enough memory for recovery". Is this RAM, or disc space?

listen guys
I had 1.0.2, jailbroken but not unlocked, then upgraded to 1.1.1, then downgraded back to 1.0.2 with new baseband 04.01.13_G
yesterday I run new anySim on it, first time it said that unlocking was successful, but calling didn't work, so I tried this anySim two more times and at phase of connecting to commcentre it said that it will not continue becouse of something(I don't remember exactly why..)
so my question is..
can I restore/update phone with itunes and start with this tutorial?
and will it be like a virgin iphone after restoring to 1.1.1 ?? (I tried new anySIM only)
a lot of thanks
anybody knows?

never heard of that error...
how much free space is available on your hard disk..
if sufficient free space is available restart your computer and try to restore again.

@LA20:
I don't really know how to check how much disk space iTunes think I have.
@fallenczar:
I have about 10 gb. Isn't that enough?
I've restart my computer, same error.
BTW, I can copy the hole error-messege, tough I changed language:
"The iPhone 'iPhone' could not be restored. There is not enough memory avaible."
Thanks.
EDIT: I'll try to do the same process on another PC, now.
EDIT2: I think it work now.
