To test this, you will need SSH access to your phone (which you should have if you are reading this), then do the following:
1. Log into your phone via ssh.

Your phone must be jaibroken and have SSH installed on the phone through the installer.
Once you do this you can use winscp(freeware) to secure ftp on the phone.If its a 1.1.1 username is: root password is: alpine
2. Navigate to /usr/libexec/
3. Rename the file "lockdownd" to "lockdownd_orig" (# mv lockdownd lockdownd_orig)
4. Upload the lockdownd fro the zip file above.
5. Set the file permissions to octal 555 (# chmod ou+rx)
6. Reboot the phone - it SHOULD now be activated.
