I saw the solution to this a couple of hours ago in this forum. IT had something to do with a plist file in the wrong directory but I don't remember the details. Search for it...

Thanks. I just found it a minute ago here...

Maybe this is something iclarified would want to add to the tutorial?
I will try this when I get home and report.
Are most people not doing this after they were on the dev team soft upgrade? just curious why only a few people are reporting this happening...

Bit miffed. Used the iclarified update to 1.1.3 and not only did my iPhone NOT get updated to 1.1.3, it just rebooted it to 1.1.2 with absolutely no settings intact. All my Springboard apps were gone except for Installer, and iTunes and my iPhone repoted 0 songs and 0 movies, despite all the space being taken up as "Other" in iTunes. All my mail was gone, wifi settings, sound settings etc = wiped out.
So I had to do a full installation back to my iPhone. For this reason, I DO NOT recommend upgrading to 1.1.3 until there's an easy way to do it - like the 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 upgrades which are so simple.

The resolution in the link above solved it for me. Used iFuntastic to do the procedure.

Guys, just so you know, this is the simplest update ever, run it it will update your baseband and save hours, some of you are saying you are having problems with it, just post your problems and solutions will get posted as quickly as possible

Uhm.. wtf? It keeps crashing when saying "Preparing files" for the BB Updater from iClarified? Dont tell me I just wasted all that time, now I have to update to 113, downgrade 111, oktoprep 112, jailbreak 112, and do the stupid soft upgrade to 113 AGAIN?!?!!

If all fails
Hi all
If I upgrade my 1.1.2 ( OTB 1.0.2 ) to 1.1.3 and then upgrade the BB to 4.3 can I still downgrade if I want ?
I have been on 1.1.3 twice now and each time its crashed within a few days. I decided to leave 1.1.3 alone until I could install the 1.1.3 baseband and use anysim1.3 on that.
But if it crashes again i would like to be able to downgrade the firmware and baseband. Is this possible now ?
My phone was once a 1.0.2 and has BL 3.9
Thanks
