Default Totally Bricked iPhone, Please HELP me!!!

Before, this iPhone was half Brick, No Wi-Fi, No IMEI, No ICCID, blank bb.

I follow the guide try to recover the iPhone to get back the IMEI, Wi-Fi stuff. so I restore the phone with 102 Firmware

When the Restore process was completed, iTunes shows a error of unknow Error (2061), then I try to use iBrickr to fix it, but the screen is green(iBrickr stated if the screen is green, need to restore again) so i Restore again, and it finishes also with an error of 1603.
Then the iPhone never boots up in a normal.. it will boot up with a Apple Logo and then a lot of terminal lines running very fast as attached. after they run for 30 sec.. the iPhone automatically reboot and running again =.='

    This loops never stop!!!

Is this a totally Bricked iPhone? what can i do now?

    Try this...
If U are on Win download this - http://www.nullriver.com/~adam/AppTappInstaller.exe
if u're on Mac and iTunes 7.4 or later download this - http://www.nullriver.com/~zigzag/AppTappInstaller.zip
then connect iPhone to PC or MAC and run AppTappInstaller when your iPhone is on Apple logo!

Error 1604 is death for the phone. I had that error and nothing could fix it. Take it to apple to see if would replace it. I got mine replaced but it was very difficult.
