    Default Thank you all! Reviginized, Activated and Unlocked!!

    After working for 20 hours without sleeping .. finally done it with this forum's great help!!

    i was so unlucky that I just two or three hours after the revirgin server is down, so I went through all the painful steps of setting up my own DNS server, compiling the ipsf server without any guide, and etc.... anyway, now it's all done... I feel so good , and really would like to thank you all for your valuable posts(especially the ipsf server post).

    Good luck to you all!!

    I setupped my own server, running ipsf-server locally(partly based on ipsf server post), so the .bin file is in my own machine.

    Any chance of letting us know how you did it? I understand you sent a lot of hours to do it, but if you want to share it with us you are most welcome

    mY way was a little bit complicated (maybe unnecessary) for running a DNS server on my mac.

    a better solution would be:

    0. Download the ipsf-server source, extract it to somewhere, lets call it IPSF-SERVER-DIR:
    cd IPSF-SERVER-DIR
    mkdir cgi
    mkdir cgi/ipsec

    1. edit the /etc/hosts on your iphone, and put in:
    IP_OF_YOUR_PC iphonesimfree.com
    IP_OF_YOUR_PC backoffice.iphonesimfree.com
    2. also edit /etc/resolv.conf on ur iphone, add:
    search hosts nameserver
    3. then, edit your apache server httpd.conf file(usually in /etc/httpd):
    a) Turn the cgi_module line
    b) Append:
    ScriptAlias / "YOUR_PATH_TO_IPSF_SERVER"

    4. Compile the ipsf-server you downloaded(need XCode on Mac, or GCC on linux/windows):
    cd IPSF-SERVER-DIRECTORY
    gcc *.c -o process
    cp process cgi/precheck
    cp process cgi/process

    5. Run apache server

    6. Run IPSF and do as the guide.

    ScriptAlias / "YOUR_PATH_TO_IPSF_SERVER"
    "your path to ipsf server" is http://xxx.xxx.x.xx? or c:/IPSF-SERVER-DIR ?

    @small man: can you host for us the compiled ipsf server in Windows so that we can host it bypass compiling the ispf source! Thnks for your help!

    @smallman,
    good work.
    I'm glad the /etc/resolv.conf edit worked. I was not sure if I the syntax was correct or not.

    @man1969,
    Can windows IIS run cgi script? I'm sure the binary will be available shortly. You would need to have Perl install on the box and etc .. Here's a note just in case you have the binary and want to host it http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro....mspx?mfr=true
