The best way to do things is cash. They can definitely see your past purchase history with credit.

Anyone has any info about the iPhones in Las Vegas area? Will be there in Nov and thinking of getting myself an iPhone v1.0.2

I went down to the at&t store about a week ago and paid for an 8gb iphone with cash and had no questions asked about signing up for there service. I was lucky because it was a week 39. This was in northern california.

went by a few ATT stores today - one the guy was a prick and wouldn't let me buy. second store let me and my sister buy 4 (3 were week 38, 1 was week 30!). Then we hit up a few apple stores... all at 39+ except the third one it had week 38. bought a total of 6.

By the way we acted dumb and just wanted to "read the features" from the box.
