Default Stuck in recovery mode and iTunes error (6)

    Hi,
    I think I have a brick....

My iPhone is ONLY showing the usb-cable to iTunes-logo picture.
iTunes ALWAYS gives me error (6) when trying to restore, and I have tried restoring with 3 different computers.
I have tried the two different dfu-modes, but still stuck at error (6).

    Any ideas?

I got the same error (6).

After read a lot of articles in multiple forums, the solution was change to another cable and change to another usb port.

    It worked for me.

    Good luck

When I got this error, a reboot and USB port switch worked.

that happened to me last week.
I used independence to take the iphone out of DFU. If it doesn't work. Try pressing the On/Off button.

I just downloaded the 1.1.4 firmware again, changed the usb port and it worked.

    Good Luck!

Nope, I have tried iNdependence, iBrickr, 112jailbreak's reboot from recovery mode....
    nada....

And turning it on/off just leave me with the usb-cable-> iTunes-icon picture....

    Hardbooting doesn't help either

    ... still a brick....
