Strange "no service" after succesful unlock (I mean working unlock)
Hi everybody,
Yesterday I unlocked my new iPhone, firmware 1.0.2.
Everything worked out fine! I got my Italian TIM sim working without any problem.
Yesterday I surfed on the 'net via my airport extreme and this morning I added some music and movies via iTunes.
Now I suddenly discovered that my iPhone has the "no service" message.
Strange because if I am correct, the "no service" message appeared to some users just after the unlock, not after some hours of perfectly working service.
What do you think about it?

Do you think it could be useful to follow the specific procedure suggested for the "no service" problem which appears just after the unlock or do you think it is better to start again from the beginning?

try doing a restore through itunes first and see if it solves the no service problem. For virgin restore for MAC go here:
http://www.iphonegoboom.com/
read.. it has MAC instructions.
