Default Still FW 04.01.13_G after downgraded to FW 1.0.2

So I restored the firmware back to 1.0.2 through iTunes and I check the phone in the emergency screen and I am still getting the FW 04.01.13_G. Shouldn't it be back to 03_XXXXXXXX.... Whats wrong with myphone now?

you only downgraded the OS, but you didn't downgrade the modem (BB).
You will need to use ieraser, bbupdater to downgrade your modem version.
(If your iPhone is a virgin 1.11) I would keep 1.02 + 0.4.01.13G as for now, and not change (downgrade) the baseband. just my opinion...

    aaronliu,
my other problem is that I had this phone unlocked before and I decided to screw around with it and hope to ge 1.1.1 out of it and of course it didn't work, it kept saying Incorrect SIM (even with an AT&T SIM card). Anyway to fix this problem yet? Thanks for the help.

Sounds like you need to re-unlock your phone.
This happen to me when I virginized my phone, then upgraded to 1.1.1. But I had trouble jailbreaking, so I had to downgrade to 1.0.2.

Once I downgraded to 1.0.2. I jailbroke and activated the phone, but the "incorrect sim" message kept popping up. At one point it even stopped giving the message put showed "no service" in the task bar.

I forgot that virginizing my phone should bring it back to a "locked" state (silly me). So I just uploaded the new AnySim (1.1.1) and proceeded to unlock the phone.

    Edit:

I also have firmware 1.0.2 but with the latest modem firmware like you (due to trying to upgrade to 1.1.1.)
