Status of a complete 1.1.2 hack?
Hey guys!
I am reading a lot in the forum, but i can't find the status of the 1.1.2 hack. Is that the true side of the "original" iPhone Dev Team?:

If yes, why is there the status of 1.1.1 in the header? Should not stand 1.1.2 there?
I know there are a lot of threats here but i hope you can give me a clear answer. I am sure that also help other people.
There are also a lot of "ultimate guides" her, but i am not sure if they are really ultimate. Maybe you can also post me the best 1.1.2 guide for unlocking for europe.
Thanks people and thanks at the iphone Dev Team for the wonderful work until now!

it doesn't state that there will be an unlock on the first... it merely sets a goal... but still - some indication that this is a tough one to beat...

remember from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1...it took around a month, 1.1.2 has been out for a week. Be patient, it will be out soon ....

The correct quote is: it took 1.0.2 almost 3 month. This is the challenge we are facing. Don't you guys understand that it's almost as being back to square 0? The most important "bug" was fixed: the one that allowed the baseband firmware to be upgraded with a patched version. At this time with the new bootloader, only official firmware can be loaded.

I do not agree (about the time it might take, at least). Considering how much they learned from the previous firmware hacks, and the growing number of people involved in this, I think it will take way shorter than the first. Anyway, both you and I are just speculating, nothing more
