SSH 1.1.1 ; Fugu : sh : usr/...
Hi everyone,
I have a problem when I want to connect to my iPhone with Fugu (I Jailbroke it) :
When i want to connect, fugu says :
"sh: /usr/libexec/sftp-server: Permission denied".
Anyone knows what to do ?

I assume you have installed SSH,SFTP via iNdependence? Have you tried to delete the "known_hosts" file on your machine?
If not it is at /Users/[your_machine_name]/.ssh/

I believe the problem is that in some tutorials, when you install ssh (after the upgrade) using the terminal commands, the installation doesn't include sftp.
(Check out pages 2+ on this thread for a discussion and possible solutions http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=10985)
Without that sftp, programs such as CyberDuck, Terminal and Fugu won't work.
I ran into this problem, and on a subsequent upgrade try I installed ssh, etc. using iNdependence instead of via the terminal instructions given in the tutorial, and I was thereafter able to sftp into my phone with CyberDuck.
