Most of the guides on how to fix the Invalid Calibration Data
(Corrupted NVRAM, Thanks to a certain unlock program)
are written by people who just tried numerous things until they
had success then posted it as a guide.

It's far more simple then everyone makes it out to be,
    at least in most cases.

    :iphone:
All you need to do is Downgrade the iPhone to 1.1.4 using iTunes 7.5
and use bootnuter to make sure your running 3.9FB Bootloader,
then use the term and run swifi which you can install using iLiberty+
once swifi is done and you reboot WiFi & Bluetooth work again.

Most of you should understand this.

All the Credit goes to MuscleNerd, gray, and the iPhone Dev Team

You can get more info here:
    http://wikee.iphwn.org/sgold_bootrom:fixwifi

    and here:

    http://aakash-bapna.blogspot.com/200...ayed-wifi.html

I may re-write the guide if I have some more time as I really don't like any of the
    current ones.
remember... when u have no baseband u can`t downgrade the bootloader or flash the baseband using bootneuter or iliberty+ payloads.

I was out of ideas and returned it to the store (first restored to 1.1.4 with iTunes which ended with 1011) . ErrorDescriptiuon "No SIM/EMEI and 1011 with iTunes). 3 Days later I could pick up a new iPhone. On the repair-sheet was written "Confirmed that iPhone has issues. iPhone replaced"

What did I do to nuke my iPhone? Is this realy a hardware issue? Is it fixable if it is not? And how?

Before I nuke my new iPhone I like to find out what happended to my old one...
Did you listen music through the line out jack in the dock? My the same problem begun after that.

Unhappy What secpack and eep and fls files

    Hello everyone.

A friend gave me an iphone with REPAIR NEEDED MESSAGE. all symptoms are the same as first post.

so i googled and found this thread, i followed the steps, read almost thru every single post to see if someone was in the same position as me, but no. i tried bbupdater -v command and it gives me "baseband unresponsive to pinging".

i tried ieraser, and ienew and got "Waiting for data" error.

tried bbupdater -e *.eep -f *.fls but get the 10 re attemps and then "Bootloader too told, try to upgrade to 1.8 ......"
i tried with 8 secpacks i found online they all have different numbers. Does the secpack have to match with the eep and fls files? like if i use 040405 secpack do i have to use ICE04.04.05_G.eep and fls file? also, i seriously dont know how many secpack files are out there, i have downloaded 8 and tried all 8 and didnt work. if you guys can help me find the correct one ill be greatful. When i got the phone, it had 2.2.1 firmware installed. i try restoring with 2.2.1 and got the 1011 error, i tried with 2.2.0 and got the error then tried with 2.1 and got the error then went all the way downt o 1.1.4 and got the error i was able to jailbreak and activate phone with 1.1.4 but i have No wifi, IME, Bluetooth, sound etc... u know the symptoms.
so i decided to try with 1.1.3 and got the error again. i tried with 1.1.2 with no luck, then 1.1.1 and same thing =\. I installed bootneuter but i get the "determing current settings" message (stuck).

So after soo many tries and countless hours of working on it, i came to a conclusion that probably my bootloader was erased or is corrupted. I do not know what version of bootloader i have or modem firmware version. maybe someone can follow all my restores and figure what secpack i can use to try to fix it.

my question is: is there a way to restore/fix the bootloader? what can i do if i do not know my modem firmware version or bootloader version? is it possible that my bootlader is gone (erased)?

oh btw, i went to settings > general > about and MODEM FIRMWARE is blank. is there another way to know what modem firmware i have?

thanks all help is greatly appreciated!

ok. found out about placing the terminal.app folder into the iphone's Applications folder.

Now when I try to run it out of spring board, the terminal opens up with a black screen and a keyboard. But I cannot type anything and after a few seconds it jumps back to the home screen.

    What am I doing wrong???

    Default http://stuff.uselessblather.com/tools46.zip doesn't exist anymore

    Hi all

I have this exact error on my Iphone as described in the Symptoms.

I started running through the fix and everything was running as was put down, got as far as step 4, but the zip file (http://stuff.uselessblather.com/tools46.zip) seems to now be a dead link. Does anyone know where this file is located or have a copy of it??

    Thanks everyone!!
