Secpack for 04.05.04 firmware
Hello. I think I have 04.04.04 baseband since I restored to 2.1. When I run "ieraser" at terminal, the message says: "..........................you need a file called secpack matching your current firmware version in this folder ..........".
I have tested Kiphone, but donsn't work, it repeat neverending message "attempt".
Please, know someone whre to find the 04.05.04 secpack?

A nice way to kill CommCenter
is to execute BootNeuter
Then it will restart the iPhone to
kill it. When the iphone was rebooted
U are ready.
The CommCenter was killed.

Bricked iphone after quickpwn 2.1
Following Izzard's guide.....
currently j/b 1.1.4 with iPlus no signal, wifi, bluetooth, repair needed, error 1011,blah blah blah...Wow, so many bricked phones out there...fighting this thing:hack:
This is an easy fix.
Most of the guides on how to fix the Invalid Calibration Data
(Corrupted NVRAM, Thanks to a certain unlock program)
are written by people who just tried numerous things until they
had success then posted it as a guide.
It's far more simple then everyone makes it out to be,
at least in most cases.
All you need to do is Downgrade the iPhone to 1.1.4 using iTunes 7.5
and use bootnuter to make sure your running 3.9FB Bootloader,
then use the term and run swifi which you can install using iLiberty+
once swifi is done and you reboot WiFi & Bluetooth work again.
Most of you should understand this.

I may re-write the guide if I have some more time as I really don't like any of the

mikecbiggle and Izzard,
Thanks for bringing this back to life again. I'm sure there is a way to totally flash and reinstall the baseband to these phones, its just understanding how. Mike, I think you're on the right track. I will get time and work through what you've posted.
Thanks a million.
It didn't work for me
After 5 or 6 attempts trying this method, I finally have to say that didn't worked in my iPhone. I have, as all the other people, a briked iPhone with the same symptoms (after a failled quickpwn 2.1), so I read almost all the threads in the Internet and followed a lot of ways to recover my no IMEI, no BBD, no etc. iPhone. Anyway, I can say that this one didn't work because I was able to do the whole proccess (without succes...). At first, and like many other people, my iPhone get stucked in the "waiting for data issue", with both ienew and ieraser. After various attempts restoring the 1.1.4 firmware (error 1011), activating with i Liberty (BSD Subsystem, terminal, etc.) and following the steps, I was able to "force", anyway, the ienew by entering: launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mobile.lockdown.plist
Killing this process I was able to get to the last step, restore the iPhone in DFU mode from iTunes, giving me the same error again (1011). I hope this post can help anyone with the problem, as it can be a solution to pass the "waiting for data" problem.
P.D.: I have to say that this didn't work in the first time to me, but after some tries, it allow ienew to do its job.
