    Tim...I appreciate the help.
But I am so lost I don't even know where to find "PhoneNumber Dynamic Library" to install it.

It's not in the installer is it?

    1. iWorld doesn't fix these problems correct?
    2. Does the template you posted fix both keypad and phonebook or?

    iWorld only creates problems.

The visual aspect of a phone number can be adjusted by editing the UIPhoneFormats.plist file.

I just edited my UIPhoneFormats.plist file using iFuntastic on the mac and included all the phone formats that i would use under the Canada setting since that's what i'm used to even though i will be living abroad for 6 months.

Tim i edited the file and removed unwanted areas from the list to make it smaller and then i just copied everything to the respective locations using iFuntastic is that a good way to install the files. and i made backups using ifuntastic as well of the original app support files.

Am I missing something? How do I edit the appsupport file? I tried using pntedit to edit the international country code prefix and it doesn't even run. It closes right away when I open it, I had to do it like twenty times just to see the error "invalid parameter".

I'm having the same problem as this guy here.

Tim, thanks very much for your help yet again!

So I added your template to PhoneNumberTemplates.txt, and I followed all the directions on:
    http://users.skynet.be/ra045246/phon...lib_readme.txt

So basically I created those directories and uploaded the files and that should be it right?
I don't need to apply anything to AppSupport or anything? It didn't say so in the readme.

    I didn't mess with UIPhoneFormats....that's a whole other topic!
    Thanks again!

hi tim! is it normal for an iphone still not unlocked to have a crashing phone/sms app? I followd the steps in your site, but I also had Iworld installed and selected my country, right now the at&t sim is still inside but the phone/sms apps just keep on crashing when selected.

I uninstalled Iworld, to solve it, and its still there, So i installed it again, didn't work. I think this was because when i copied the appsupport from your zip to the appsupport.framework directory, I overwrite the appsupport file and forgot to back it up! please help me I am so new to this. I just wanna prep my iphone for the stealthsim that is on its way...

Oh my mistake, capitalization matters, now the phone is working sweetly! uninstalled iWorld as well. Now on to how do u exactly do the decomposing process??? when I click the decompose command it automatically closes, where exactly do we run it???

I agree to the post that we need a detailed tutorial on your website, or better yet if you could make an app that replaces iWorld! Anyone agrees???

    our prefix are

    00 long distance dialing

    63 country code

2 digit or 3 digit city code

mobile carriers uses 3 digit carrier code its either 916, 917, 920 etc depending on the carrier

    example:

    landline: 00 63 2 1234567
    mobile: 00 63 917 1234567

    or:

    +63 2 1234567
    +917 1234567

Add the following templates to the PhoneNumberTemplates.txt file in the Support directory on your iPhone.

    Code:
    ph 63 00 0
    + + + + 2 #######
    + + + + 9## #######
    + + + + ## ######
