    Yes thanks

The thing is exactly it, I used iWorld to set to Brasil and instead it was set to France due to a mistyped file. now I corrected that and it is working.

On bad thing now is that phone is still unstable and crashing from time to time.

Sms and Phone are working but sometimes still crashes.

Thansk to timschuerewegen and Aviegas for the Tips

    • Download pntedit.exe application (see link above)
    • Grab copy of AppSupport from firmware 1.1.2
    • Run "pntedit.exe read AppSupport PhoneNumberTemplates.txt"
    • Edit PhoneNumberTemplates.txt
    • Run "pntedit.exe write AppSupport PhoneNumberTemplates.txt AppSupport.Patched"
    • Replace AppSupport on iPhone with AppSupport.Patched

The number of entries for the phonenumber templates table is 32. If you have less entries in your tables file then the last entry will be duplicated x times which should be ok. If you have more entries in your tables file then they will be ignored because there is no room for them.

    Have fun.

Are you running 1.1.1 or 1.1.2?

I knew iWorld was involved. They are the ones using the "French Connection"

Have you tried reloading the firmware? Once it's unlocked you can simply restore 1.1.1, Oktoprep and upgrade back to 1.1.2. No need to unlock again as the firmware will survive all the upgrades.

    Just a Question for everyone...

Does anything think it'd be worthwhile to try and start some some of repository for the AppSupport files (just the text countrycode listings)... I'm talking about for ALL countries here. So that people can basically just look for their country code (or countries of interest) and then just copy and paste the relevant ones into a text file and then pntedit back from there?

Might save a lot of people asking the same question over and over again? Especially for Tim & Aviegas

Mind you, I'm not sure how abouts we might do this... Wiki perhaps?

    Just my 2c.

If that's something people would be interested in, we can host on my server.

We'd probably benefit from a mirror or two, but it should be ok.

That's the thing...essentially we only need I mean, essentially we'd be only looking at maybe a file being hosted... I'd be happy to add it to my ********** account, but to get the maximum benefit, I'd probably say a Wiki format would be the most responsive method; letting people add their own countries that they know they work to a list.

Thanks for the vote of confidence though! Good to know i'm not totally nuts... yet.
