The Installer repository is http://installer.iClarified.com and the patch then appears as AppSupport Patch (firmware version) in the iClarified category in Installer.

    Installation instructions are on http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=685

Further discussion on this is in the thread http://hackint0sh.org/forum/showthread.php?t=30425

Installing Cydia programs on a phone that has no internet connection: read this.

Editing binary .plist, .strings, .nib and .xib files:
    * on your computer: Windows tool / conversion website.
    * on your iPhone: convert those files in a terminal with plutil (installed with Erica Utilities) or edit them with iFile (Cydia links).

Tim, or someone who knows the details,

Is there a complete explanation of the syntax of the file PhoneNumberTemplates.txt that comes with the AppSupport patch? There used to be a wiki page, but then the dev wiki was taken down.

iClarified says the order is basically [ISO Code] [Country Code] [IDD=International Direct Dial] [NDD=National Direct Dial] [Area Code] [Phone number].

But in the file itself there are countries with more than one line (how is that parsed? What happens, in what order?), some with +'es and -'s and ;'s. Like this part of the Belgium section:
    Code:
    + + + + 90# #####
    + + + + 9 #######
    + + + + - ########;#########
    + + + - - ####
Does the length of the #-strings have to be exactly right? How to deal with commercial numbers that can have any length?
