if ieraser says waiting for data...
just restart your terminal and do again... i get that sometimes... fix running ieraser
but i still have all the problem you have
i think my baseband is completely empty..
when i run bbupdater -v
it doesn't give me any firmware....
even if i try loading any firmware using bbupdater -e ICE....... -f ....
it gives me error, EEP checksum error, FLS download error
so i cannot write any baseband on it... and ieraser has already deleted the baseband
that could be the reason why you guys doesn't have anything...
when you do bbupdater -v
do you get any firmware version.. or just no response pinging???

Not Found,
This path does not exist in vista.
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
But i have found the simuler path but the firmware is not there. But when i do restore it only says extracting. Not downloading so I have to have it someware. what is the name of the file?

I had the same issue before. And though I am from Singapore, I called Apple for help and they created a case for me through a friend in US. In short, I sent the phone back and they replaced it with a new one within 1 day. I have no AT&T contracts, told this fact to Apple and still they replaced my phone. A good Apple support experience for me

Good Luck!

When I used virginator, it show:
Dumping: A03FA000-A03FC000
16(Resource busy)
Unable to create "/usr/.../seczone.backup"
...
I think my iPhone modem firmware totally destroyed! Have any ideals?
