SOLUTION for anyone WITH the incoming sms and outgoing calls problem.

I would like to thank Sam from the Dev team for his help in using the right applications.

It's a very simple proccess, tested on my iphone 1.0.2.
1- Use iBrickr to install Mobile Terminal to your iphone
2- Use ibrickr to upload the file ICE03.14.08_G.eep & bbupdater to the /usr/bin/ directory of the iphone no need for the ICE03.14.08_G.fls.
3- Run the terminal application and type the following:
cd /usr/bin/
launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
bbupdater -e ICE03.14.08_G.eep
launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

RESTART ur iphone and ur problem will be fixed. Enjoy incoming sms and outgoing call without any problems.
NO NEED TO UNLOCK UR PHONE AGAIN.

thx for sam and raider for trying to help, i'm sure maybe lots of people had this problem and maybe they fixed it already but they dont have the time to help others and write a simple guide, hope this manners will change in order to keep this forum a helpfull one.
