Hi All

Picked up an iPhone today, first post here so hi to all!

Everything is cool with the phone, down/upgraded back to 1.1.2 for my Pay As You Go O2 sim card to work and indeed it does, works a treat. However I can't seem to find anywhere I'd enter the numbers/message centre details for SMS and MMS messaging. Anyone know how I can sort this out? I've got the details on my old phone... they can also be sent from the O2 website, though of course not to iPhone. Anyone able to advise? It's the only thing missing from an otherwise wicked machine.

MMS is not a supported feature on the iPhone.

Really? So I won't be able to do picture messaging with it? I suppose I could live with that, don't use it much anyways, but would really like to get SMS happening... Think I've got the right details but don't see where to put them. In Settings/General/Network there is nothing for EDGE/WAP/GPRS etc....

this is covered in the payg data thread, you will have to amend the o2 and unknown carrier plist files.
