My Iphone 2G unlocked with Pwnage v2.1 runs awfully slow. I used to run v1.1.4 which ran much faster. I don't have many Appstore apps and hardly running any Installer or Cydia apps. Have other people experienced this?

I have the same issue. What apps do you have installed?

I deleted BiteSMS and it appeared to run faster after I deleted that.

I have about 9 pages of apps installed Appstore and Cydia.

I heard that winterboard can use alot of resources but I like my themes.

Just an FYI I deleted some winterboard themes that I don't use and some of the themes that come with winterboard and the phone feels faster.

Not as fast as my 1.1.3 but faster at opening apps and respring.
