    Default SIM cards

Do I have to use the included AT&T SIM card for jailbreaking/activating the phone or can I use my SIM card from the start?

Also, for unlocking with anySIM1.1, do I need to have the new SIM card or the AT&T one?

Do I have to run anySIM1.1 everytime I want to switch SIM cards? I travel to several countries and I have local SIM cards with pay as you go minutes.

    Thanks,

    ChPh

I always leave the AT&T SIM in there for jailbreak/activate & unlock process. When done, I just pop in my tmobile SIM (turn off phone when you do this).
You run anySIM 1.1 ONE TIME only. Swapping SIMs should work. Many people have done so and confirmed it.

Yeah, I did a few for some friends over the past week, v1.1.1 and all I left the ATT sim card in until the anySIM 1.1 process was completed.

I hotswap sims with no ill effect. Anyone can confirm hotswapping sim cards is bad?

I don't think it's "bad", it's just good practice to shutdown ("off") and swap. It's all electronics so when thing is "on", who knows what can happen.
Example, it's perfectly ok to have your car running while filling up gas. But we don't do it because of safety reaons.

using the AT&T sim is not needed and a waste of time. just pop in your sim and jailbreak/activate. Noo need for swapping sims.
